Ownership
When your site is finished, it is yours. You own it entirely. I reserve the right to re-use development code I have placed in your site, but that will never involve the appearance of your site, only the programming that makes what you see happen. You are free to take any code I have included in your website and alter, delete, or copy it for any purpose you would like.
Any exceptions to these conditions will be noted on your contract, and agreed upon in advance by both of us.
