What is a Website Form?

A Form on a website allows the viewer to enter in information and submit it to you.

This could be a contact page, where your visitors submit questions or comments that are emailed to you from the website. A form could also be for an online survey, or maybe a sign-up screen to subscribe to the services on your website.
